Side Winder Clip Down Awnings

RETRACT-IT are a leading provider of retractable awnings here on The Sunshine Coast. We can provide an awning solution to meet any need you have.

One popular solution is a side winding awning, also know as clip down awnings. This style of awning often has a winding mechanism on the side of the housing, that allows you to wind in or out the shade sail. They allow the sunshine in when you want it, but give the option of protection from rain, hail, hot sun and wind.

We have installed side winding shade awnings in Buderim, Noosa, Caloundra, Maleny and in most suburbs in between. We work with trusted builders, architects and designers, as well as owner builders. As a family owned business, we focus on service. Our experience in the industry can help you make the best choice in awnings to achieve the result you want.

As locals on the coast, we will also only recommend products that will be proven to last the test of time in our conditions. This includes rust resistance, and fade or wear resistance too. Of course we have loads of colours to choose from and different materials depending on the purpose.

Shaun replaced all the blinds in my en-suite and main bedroom. He arrived on time, was very professional and also cleaned up any mess. When I needed a new security door I didnt hesitate to call on Re-Tract It to carry out this work too. My new security door looks amazing. Thanks again.

Happy Customer. I’m so thankful that Shaun from RETRACT-IT was personally referred to me to have a look at faulty vertical blind tracks. A couple of the individual drops we not opening and closing, in a matter of minutes he got them operating again.
The thing is, prior to Shaun’s visit I had one other established company take a look at them, they conveniently said they would need to be replaced and quoted me over $800. It goes without saying I was very happy with Shaun’s expertise and honesty. i employed him for another job replacing old worn out blinds. His service was great, very efficient throughout the whole process and at an unbeatable price.
